Artificial Intelligence

Yeah, not really… but it sounds a lot more exciting than “Event boxes get smart,” my original title.

Anyway here it is: For all W&M Cascade users, that handy events listbox that lives in the right column of many home pages was already dropping off old events. Now it includes a friendly message when there’s nothing to display.

So don’t feel obligated to include the 2015 flyby of Pluto anymore, your box won’t be empty!

    I guess having a message that says there are no featured events scheduled is better than some sites where past events are still displayed.

    I would rather be advised there is nothing to tell you than to be told about something that already happened in the past, but that is just my opinion!!
